What happens after
I book an appointment?

Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away, followed by two reminder emails as your session approaches. 

If you’re in a different time zone than Central Standard Time (CST), be sure to immediately compare your confirmation email to your client dashboard (via the Member Login on our website). All appointments are set to reflect CST, as that’s Maranda’s local time zone and how her schedule is managed on our end.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Your confirmation email will include helpful tips and instructions to ensure you feel comfortable and confident heading into your session. Be sure to review it so we can make the absolute most of our time together!

I have a gift card! How do I redeem it?

First, choose the 1:1 session plus date/time that best serves your interest and schedule. {You can do this by clicking the link above.}

During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to apply the  one-time use code embedded in the recipient's email confirmation. This will $0 out and allow you to proceed with booking the 1:1 session with Maranda.

What if I need to reschedule?

You’re welcome to reschedule your appointment directly through your Member Login on the website before the scheduled time.

If your appointment has already passed, you won’t be able to adjust it through the website. Instead, please head to our Contact Us page and send us a message with your preferred new date and time. We’re happy to help shift your session and get you back on the books!
